Career Area of the Week:
How about a BANK BRANCH MANAGER? BANK BRANCH MANAGERS are responsible for the day-to-day operation of a branch or office of a bank. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration is the minimum academic preparation for BANK BRANCH MANAGERS. However, many employers prefer graduates with a master’s degree, preferably in business administration, economics, and finance or risk management.

Do you have what it takes to be a Wichita Heights High Cheerleader or Stuntman? If so, come over and see us! Tryouts clinics will be Monday, April 19th thru Wednesday, April 21st from 6:45-7:45 am or 3:30-4:30 pm in the Heights High Gymnasium. Tryouts will be Thursday, April 22nd at 3:45. Interested in learning a Foreign Language this summer? Mayberry Magnet Middle School will be hosting 2 camps this summer. Foreign Language Summer Camp is offered to all students who have completed grades 4, 5, 6, or 7. For more information, stop by the office for a flyer.
Circle of Friends will be going to the Shrine Circus on Friday, April 9th. If you are a member of COF, please come and get a field trip from Mrs. Jimenez-Borst in room E-10.

Mussels have important functions in aquatic environments. Because they are sensitive to changes in water quality, mussels are important indicators of aquatic ecosystem health. The disappearance of mussels from a river or lake often signals that other aquatic species are in danger.
