Career Area of the Week:
How about a CORONER? CORONERS perform medical examinations and autopsies on dead bodies. They interview other people present at time of death and testify at court hearing and trials. They observe record and preserve any objects or personal property related to the person who died. They also prepare death certificates. Entry requirements: Depending upon the jurisdiction and the law defining the CORONER’S duties, the coroner may not be trained in the medical sciences. The coroner may employ physicians, pathologists, or forensic pathologists to perform autopsies when necessary.

Next week, we will be selling yearbooks outside at lunch for $10.00 each. You can also purchase them in the office for $10.00 or online, Jostens.com.

The last school dance will be tonight from 5:00-7:00. Please note the time change on the dance. There will be a cupcake and jalapeƱo eating contest and a root beer drinking contest. The cost is $3.00. The behavior list will be in effect.
